Do you sell 100% Grass-Fed Beef?

Yes, our cattle are raised on grass pastures from birth till the day of harvest. Our fields have a bio-diverse blend of grasses to provide the cattle with abundant nutrients to attain optimal health. Grain-free diet to reach all those added benefits of consuming grass-finished beef.

 

What are the benefits of Regenerative Agriculture?

Incorporating no-till farming practices, planting bio-diverse cover crops, and integrating livestock benefit not only the health of our soil but helps our ecosystem. The cattle push vegetation down near the ground to decompose and excrete many nutrients into the soil, eliminating the need for fertilizers used in most conventional farming practices.

 

What cuts come with a Beef Share?

Savory Cuts- Chuck Roast, Rump Roast, Sirloin Tip Roast, Eye of the Round Roast, Brisket, Short Ribs

Steaks - Ribeye, Filet Mignon, New York Strips, Sirloin, Round, Flank, Skirt

Premium Ground Beef - 1lb packages

Organs and Bones - Heart, Liver, Tongue, Oxtail, Soup Bones (If Requested)

 

What size Beef Share do I need?

Start by breaking down how many meals a week you are using beef. Then determine what kind of food security you want. Finally, compare that number to our Quarter Beef Share, approximately 100 pounds of packaged meat, verse our Half Beef Share, roughly 200 pounds.

 

How much will my final invoice be?

Once your beef is processed, and we have the final weight of packaged beef, we will invoice you for that per-pound price of packaged meat. This process ensures you only pay for the beef you are receiving! Please estimate using the approximate pounds listed on the product page.

 

Do I pay for shipping?

Yes, shipping will be calculated at checkout. If you are local, please feel free to reach out and schedule a pick-up.

 

 

When will I receive my beef?

Once your invoice has been processed, we will ship your beef that following Monday to ensure your beef will arrive frozen that week.
